The annual WARTS Net picnic for 2017 will be held Sunday, July
16th at the Valley Campground, a very ham-friendly site deep in forest near
North Bend, WA. The net will provide burgers, 'dogs, condiments, ice cream,
coffee and soft drinks around noon-time. Members are encouraged to bring a side
dish or dessert.
To access the Valley Campground near North Bend, use I-90, Exit 34, thence
northbound on 468th SE. Follow WARTS NET signs that will be posted on 468th to
SE Middle Fork Rd eastbound which intersects with campground.
For those that enjoy camping, Valley Camp provides superb camping facilities,
and several hams will arrive in the days prior to the picnic to camp. If
